Write a summary of your main responsibilities at the company. This summary will be helpful for the next person taking over your role, whether it is temporary or permanent, to understand your key activities and meetings, the types of questions you were regularly asked, and the decisions you were responsible for.
List the names, roles, communication preferences, and insights of key team members to help your upcoming replacement.
Include all recurring meetings you participate in that may be useful for your upcoming replacement to know about. (To view an example of the calendar go to April 1 - April 5, 2024)
List the channels where communication was managed for the projects you were involved in. I recommend to include the purpose of each channel and, for private channels, provide the point of contact for access requests.
#team-internal: Private channel for immediate product team members. To request access ping Robin Smith or Alex Muller
#team-product-support: Open channel for other company members to request support from our team
